This means that if you purchased your USB device accessory prior to 2014, you will need to install the free firmware update before upgrading your operating system to Windows 10.
This update procedure can only be accomplished from a computer running a Windows 7 operating system. If you don’t have access to a computer runing under Windows 7, Probewell can update the firmware for you to no extra cost, but shipping fees will be applied.
