Repair and Calibration Services
Performing an annual calibration ensures that your tester executes properly and conforms to factory specifications.
Our lab is located in Quebec City, QC Canada.
Information needed for your RMA:
When requesting your RMA, please have the following information ready:
- Model and serial number of the tester or accessory.
- Type of service requested. If repair, description of issue or failure will help us provide an estimate.
- Account/Company name.
- Contact name and coordinates.
- Shipping address (+ return address if different from depart address).
Process for Instrument Repair and Calibration:
A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number is needed to return your instrument to Probewell Lab for servicing, cleaning, inspection or recalibration.
You can obtain an RMA number and instruction by submitting a support ticket:
Shipping your RMA:
We provide the service of handling all international shipments, which allows you to not have to worry or stress about customs and border security agencies. We will provide you with shipping labels and all international customs documentation to ease the return process of your unit.
When preparing your unit to be shipped to our facility:
- Please ship the tester inside of its carrying case with all its attachments and accessories for us to check.
- Have it well packed to protect the material.

What about discontinued products?
For the older generation units listed below, mechanical parts might still be available, but many of electronic parts are obsolete. So much so, that we cannot offer repairs at large for those models.
It is also worth knowing that the repair cost for those units may exceed their initial purchase price.
